The research aims to evaluate proportion of X-Y chromosom bearing sperm after sexing local ram semen with different combination BSA concentration. object was ten ejaculated ram, three years old. design used CRD (completely randomize design) four treatments concentration on upper and bottom layer (T1: 3% & 6%, T2: 4% T3: 5% 10%, T4: 6% 12%), 10 repetitions. Data analysis using variance Duncan’s Multiple Range Test. result showed that significantly effect chromosome sperm. higher average X- Y- obtained at (75.55±1.09% for X) 10% (76.45±1.12% Y) layer. conclusion is sperm, gave the
